Information we collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide through contact, tryout registration and sponsorship forms. Depending on the form, this may include a parent or guardian’s name, email address and telephone number; a player’s name, birth date, grade, school, positions and program preferences; business and sponsorship information; and any message or notes you submit.

Our website and hosting systems may also receive basic technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device type, requested page and submission time, for security, troubleshooting and normal website operation.

How we use information

5G Prime uses submitted information to respond to questions, evaluate and organize tryouts, determine recommended age divisions, communicate with parents or guardians, manage teams and program operations, process sponsorship inquiries, protect forms from misuse and maintain appropriate organizational records.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Youth and player information

Player forms are intended to be completed by a parent, legal guardian or authorized adult. Please do not submit information about a minor unless you are authorized to do so. We use player information only for legitimate 5G Prime registration, evaluation, communication, safety and team-administration purposes.

If you believe information about a child was submitted without proper authorization, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, correct or delete it.

When information may be shared

Information may be available to authorized 5G Prime administrators and coaches who need it for the purposes described in this policy. We may also use service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email and registration recordkeeping, including Google services such as Google Sheets.

Donations are completed through Zeffy, and merchandise purchases are completed through InkSoft. Those providers process the information you give them under their own privacy policies. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or in connection with an organizational transition.

Cookies, embedded content and outside links

The site may use essential browser storage or similar technologies required for secure form handling and normal operation. Embedded content or links from services such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Zeffy and InkSoft may allow those providers to collect information under their own policies. 5G Prime does not control the privacy practices of outside websites.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to review, correct or delete personal information submitted through the website. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communications. Some information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for safety, legal, accounting or organizational recordkeeping.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information. However, no website, email system or online storage method can guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including legitimate legal and organizational needs, and then delete or securely dispose of it when practical.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, programs or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision.
